V.   Coach Dyson asked other booster club officers if they agreed to continue to serve for the 2009 season.      Everyone agreed and motions agreed.   2009 Booster Club Officers are as follows:
      A.  Mona Coronado - Treasurer
      B.  Roger Smith - Concessions
      C.  Kim Ficke - Merchandising
      D.  Tyrina Soullas - Secretary
VI.  Roger Smith gave a brief overview of the concession stand duties as follows:
      A.  The concession stand is the booster club's main money-maker.  Last year the concession stand made approximately $2,500.00
      B.  Discussed concession stand menu items - brisket sandwiches, funnel cakes, etc.
      C.  This year each parent will be scheduled to work 2-3 times.
      D.  A schedule will be prepared and distributed to the parents via email.  If a parent has a conflict with their scheduled shift, it will be their responsibility to contact another parent to arrange coverage.
      E.  The Varsity parents will work the JV games and the JV parents will work the Varsity games.  Priority is to watch daughter play.  No one is expected to leave their daughter's game early to work concession.
      F.  We will try to use some of the girls if Coach Dyson will allow because they can receive community service hours for working the concession stand.
      G.  Per FISD and City of Frisco requirements, at least one person working the concession stand has to be certified on how to handle hot foods.  The training class is approximately 2 hours and the certification is good for three years.
      H.  The Booster Club will need a Concessions replacement for next year.  This is Roger's last year.
VII.  Coach Dyson spoke on the following topics:
      A.  Reviewed schedule - When return from the holidays, the Varsity team will practice every day after school until at least 6:30 PM and every Saturday.  JV will practice every morning beginning at 8:00 AM
